We're clearly in a post-truth environment, where telling blatant porkies is no obstacle to gaining massive political power. And as in Trump's political reality AGW is just a hoax thought up by the Chinese, presumably the already inadequate US progress made on emissions reduction will be halted and reversed, so any words expended on the impending crisis are now, ironically, so much hot air.

Aided and abetted by the ceaseless scare mongering of "wolf crying" behaviour of the climate change lobby. Add in the Lies and exaggerations about what would happen post Brexit- all of this from the liberal elites that run the world - have contributed to your so called post truth environment.
