Ok so what we are saying is we should create countries where we only have superior people living, if I remember rightly there was a fella a few years back in Germany that tried that very idea
Only so many people can get warm around a single camp fire. Instead of investing everything in London all the time, the Gov should scatter the investment around. Like chucking hot embers into dry grass. More fires would start and we would have multiple centres, like other countries. Result: a south east which is actually livable, and prosperity across the UK.
How can these be good things? The fall-out would be tremendous in terms of unemployment, stockmarkets, maybe even people losing their savings if the banks actually go under.
Well it would be positive steps towards putting all the spend on London.

Indeed it would be a disaster for most people, many young people will lose their jobs and houses, older people will lose their savings, but for a small elite of young professionals in secure jobs it will be an opportunity to pick up that large detached house they've had their eye on.
A) to scare the tulip out of Europe and perhaps trigger a financial Ponzi scheme crash.
E) trigger a UK crash of debt, housing etc.
