Most passenger complaints will be when the APU is off because company want you to save fuel, but on the flight deck you'll be nice & cool with the windows open.
If you really want to convince someone that a plane is not safe to fly unfold your napkin and hold it up against the seal of a door (will not work on exit row) - freaks the weak of heart right out.
Love you taking the piss out of me on the acronyms, very bad habit of mine, everything to do with aviation is an acronym, it makes IT sound like Italian poetry
