    If my memory serves me right that's the grape used to make Barolo so I'm wondering how you managed to put the cork back in the bottle to be quite frank!

    A perfect accompaniment to long, cold winter nights in front of a crackling log fire.

    Pfff, I have got neighbours who are 90 years old and walking up these hills tending to the trees. I'll follow their advice over scientists anyday!

    *edit, seriously it is all about the smoke point of eVOO. Cook with it and it can be a problem.
