    Firstly vegetarian isn't necessarily healthy as it normally means lots of cheese, milk and cream OR a vegetable curry made with lots of ghee or oil. If you want a chance of healthy vegetarian food it will be most likely vegan then either taste like sh*t, not fill you up or both.

    Secondly if you have screwed genes all that living a healthy lifestyle does is give you on average 5 years longer of "healthy" life. If you are lucky you will keel over doing some exercise and die quickly, which is why there is always one or two deaths in every large marathon of people who are apparently fitness fanatics.

On Monday while eating (I had chips) a poor chap keeled over with a heart attack and died aged only 46 (family man with 2 young kids as well), non-smoker, non-drinker and quite fit. It does make you wonder if a fit and healthy lifestyle is actually fit and healthy...
