Celery is found in Bisto gravy granules!

Celery extract (whatever that is) at least.

Presumably on the basis that if you were making a tradition gravy you would roast or brown off a mirepoix (a mix of chopped onion, carrot and celery) in the meat pan before pushing it through a sieve with the juices.
