My lunch was a Hello Fresh meal that I cooked yesterday.
Pepper encrusted chicken breast on a bed of butter infused sweet potato mash with a cracked pepper soured cream sauce and lightly boiled broccoli.
I get the box for this week tonight, so will let you know what culinary creation I have tomorrow.

I was weak and had to go for a bacon roll from Greggs for breakfast today (2 quid including a coffee, can't be bad) so will have to pass on the cheese with my lunch of Baked Potato with Chilli today :-(
