    Yeah, more a directory of possible routes than a flight search on a particular day. For instance if I want to get from the UK to Norway, what are the options for direct flights.

    All the search sites I've seen want you to know which airports you want to use. They might let you specify "nearby airports" but this isn't so helpful when you live far away from all the major hubs... my local airport has few direct routes so Manchester/London are often good but then I have to search each one separately.

    I had book marked on my browser as it was a way to game the airmiles / tier points for BA & it's affililiates.

    In there somewhere was a couple of links to some planning sites that allowed you to put flight combinations together and so had the routes.

    I've looked for this and never found it; only per airport.
