Not-very-good Photoshop job, I reckon. Look at the letters of his name: their outline is of a different quality to all the other printed text beneath it, and the colour doesn't seem as black, as if the stroke width is slightly thinner. Also, the "U" looks a little distorted compared to the one beneath it in "Australian" and the "C" seems slightly off the vertical. And the JPEG aliasing around the name is different to that around the other text.
