    Fortunate enough to have a good relationship with a few decent pimps who work in my area. They know what sort of level to pitch to me at and don't waste my time.

    BUT, you still get the ones who find your CV on Jobserve.

    Saying that though, my rate range reduces greatly for local gigs. My time is worth more than money to me.

    The best way to improve your daily rate is not to apply for contracts for crap rate, if an agent offers you a crap rate, just say no.

    You've mentioned this change of heart in a like 5 threads. People might have been vaguely interested first time. It's the same cycle. Everytime you come to the end of a gig you start posting absolute trash again. Is it such a worry you need big wooly hugs to get you through the day?

    Why don't you just keep you head down and go get another gig or get this one signed and then a quick boomed post like everyone else??
