    yep. Happens every time.

    I have APNs and initially HMRC were calling me. They have visited homes of others with APNs.

    Best way is to refuse to engage them. All they do is tell you that you have to sell your house and children when you don't have to.

    Once we're forced onto the payroll I'm guessing there won't be any more need for IR35 inwestigations.

    Or do we think they'll still be doing retrospective investigations?

    no it will just mean they won't answer the phone anymore. They closed the Slough one years ago.
