    One of the problems with AIDS in Africa is the shortage of Nurses. Caused by the number coming to the UK to work in the NHS. Of course now that the Trusts have over spent......

    Feel free to contribute all of your salary to saving Africa if you so wish..the continent recieves $30+ billion in aid annually - probally a trillion dollars post colonialism...and is still a basket case.
