Just saw a role with them advertised for 300-350 which I know damn well pays 450-500 as it's the place I recently left.

Standard capita contract too paying about 600 to which ever agent fills it.



That is one hell of a margin.

I don't even bother to apply for CF roles waste of time.

What some agents are doing is telling companies "I can get you someone for -100 or -150 a day"

Companies only have 3-4 prefered supplier agents, and they will do/say anything to get on that list.
