I guy deserves a medal.
As soon as a UK citizen sees a policeman or anyone in a uniform they do what they are told. This red tape nonsense needs to be fought.
Even at the airports duty free demanded boarding cards when they have no right to insist.
Everything the establishment does must be questioned. All parking tickets and speeding fines appealed.
At least until the government stops persuing the interests of the feckless rich
