He is safe as long as he has not got that dreaded Anarchist cookbook!

P.S. The girl pleaded guilty which is probably why prosecution was successful.

On that logic people can be jailed for anything the police arbitrarily decide they might do. Have information on burglar alarms and home security? Must be a burglar. Look at porn? Must be a rapist. Visit CUK? Must be a tax evader. etc.

Where is evidence of her planning it? Having a text of any kind should not be sufficient to prosecute, only in scummy nazi states that's possible.

It was a text file from BBS's like &TOTSE that had basic chemistry in it, like drugs and simple explosives. I wonder when they will change education so we don't teach "them" how to make bombs...I remember in college being taught how to make fireworks, I doubt that happens anymore!

The Anarchist Cookbook has been around since the 1960s, circulating underground. I vaguely remember glancing at it online back in the 1990s.

By all accounts, as it was cobbled together by various ill-informed hippies, weirdoes, and Citizen Smith-type revolutionaries over the years, it's an extremely bad idea to follow any of its instructions on making, handling, and deploying explosive devices, as you're extremely likely to blow yourself up before you get very far

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Anarchist_Cookbook

At the time of its publication, one Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) memo described The Anarchist Cookbook as "one of the crudest, low-brow, paranoiac writing efforts ever attempted".

    I accuse Goody SimonMac.

I've probably got some old electronics book with instructions on how to produce a timer circuit.
