All very reminiscent of “About A Boy” – Hugh Grant explaining away his wastrel days by dividing them up into ½ hour segments and filling them up. Two that I remember were getting your hair teased at the barbers and watching Countdown.Originally posted by lukemgEasy, secret was passed on from a friend who had been out of work when he was younger. Simply - you need one thing to sort out per day, trip to the shops, mow lawn, visit library, tidy a room, doesn't have to be big. It doesn't matter what it is, you just need to know what it is when you get up each morning. You will be surprised how this fills in the time, breakfast, watch some telly, but still have the days task ahead, it works a treat especially when you have to go out somewhere to do it, before you know it it is 5pm and you will be running out of time. I used this on a break, works a treat.

in answer to what you do... I like to brush up skills. Think about my own projects. Lunch with friends ..walk the dog and play counter strike all of which quite bring me to mrs kramers home time at where i will have a meal ready having cooked for about an hours or so..

Well, Gonzo is the right user id, and I have had that gif kicking around for a long time waiting for something to do with it so I probably won't change either....Originally posted by Trolldon't worry too much - mine is Orville -not really a troll

I find that having Mrs Gonzo doing a well paid (permie) job makes time spent on the bench a whole lot more bearable....Originally posted by ToadMe too, I'm a well practiced wall starer. In the time honoured way of contractors on the bench, take the opportunity to crack one off whenever you want.Originally posted by TrollI've been contracting for 14 years & now find myself in the unenviable position of 'resting' as the contract finished yesterday & I have not managed to secure another one yet. I have 60k in the company accounts so not stuck for cash
Being unemployed is boring - daytime TV is krap, porn is too 2 dimensional, and I really can't be arsed to do all those little jobs around the house that wifey wants doing.
Don't wanna go on another holiday,
WTF can I do to pass the time?

No pictures of walls I'm afraid, but here's my other favourite passtime.
If you look long enough you'll see Jesus in there.

Hey toad! Perhaps we could exchange pics of each other's walls? My favourite this week is the outer wall of the downstairs bog, got some great cobwebs!
