    I thought this was going to be another budget thread, after yesterday was like every contractor in the uk had dropped the soap

    Well brought up kids probably do swear, away from adults. However they don't commit assault and they don't swear at adults openly, both of which are offences.

    He said: "I think the main message that people should take from this case is that adults are adults and they should act appropriately when dealing with children. "
