I thought this was going to be another budget thread, after yesterday was like every contractor in the uk had dropped the soap

He said: "I think the main message that people should take from this case is that adults are adults and they should act appropriately when dealing with children. "...although he failed to stipulate what 'appropriately' comprised of in this type of situation...
