Aren't straight silicone injections dangerous?

I'm not going to disagree, I think you're spot on, but to these clinics that do this kind of butchery and the easily accessed ones abroad it's a cash cow to be milked, nothing to do with medical ethics.

Thing with these cosmetic procedures is if denied locally then there's a fair few other "clinics" and going abroad for the work is easy and not expensive.
