One interesting British weather thing I took a pic of. Ends of rainbows can actually hit the ground nearby. Took this pic showing a rainbow coming down in woods behind my house. It isn't a fake!

Yes, there was a pot there, a rusty old bucket anyway, but couldn't find any gold.

That's the theory anyway. Been watching "The World's Wierdest Weather" on TV . Brill. Beats all this tedious crap about the election anyway! (Nearly threw a fit watching BBC news tonight!)
Did you know there is a Tropopause? Layer of atmosphere above the troposphere where air becomes dry and ceases to cool with height. Because of latter, storms to all intense and purposes, hit a ceiling, causing rising clouds to mushroom out like H bomb thingies.
