So how do contractors vote? and why?
Socialists by their very nature require control. That's why regulation always goes up under Labour.

The Tories tend towards self-reliance and letting you get on with your life. If you take a risk then generally it is down to you, but Right of Center tories will tend to believe that society should help you, but only get on your feet so to speak.

The Tories tend to encourage entreprenuership (New Labour Confuse this with big business).

So it would have to be the Tories.

Because it's an easy step towards "legalisation". Arrive, get NI number, get on electoral role, get drivers licence, etc.

Why would someone who's here illegally want to put their details down on the form?

Edit: Most Brits have no interest in voting so why would we assume the mass flood of 'illegal' imigrants would be any different - according to some posts, no of them can speak english anyway.

In all, more than 44 million people meet these criteria.

    Barred from voting

There are certain categories of people not allowed to vote:

Members of the House of Lords. The ejection of most hereditary peers from the Lords in 1999 means that they will be able to vote - and stand - for the first time in a general election.

    Those in prison.

People convicted of electoral malpractice are barred for five years.

Echoing the rather arcane language of the legislation, "idiots" may not vote and "lunatics" only during their lucid periods. Those compulsorily detained in psychiatric hospitals, for example, cannot vote.
Yep, and when you sign the electoral letter, you agree to those terms. No checks are made to see if you are a citizen, it is all taken on trust.

If you think it is scrutinised, when NL have the most to gain by immigrant voters, you are fooling yourself.

What do you actually need to be able to vote? You just need to be on the electoral role. How does this happen? You get a form through the post asking for all adults of voting age. You fill it in, sign it and return it. You can now vote.

You do not need NI numbers, passport number or birth certs to get on the electoral role. There are no checks, just name, sign, your on.

In a stroke, the New Lie have another million fresh votes eager to please their hosts.

As Roy Hattersley said, "I dont believe that any ethnic group should be in a majority over others".

ie. it is Labour policy to ethniclly cleanse the British until they are 49% of the population.

At least with the EU, UK nationals can work in the EU. With the commonwealth, they can work here but they will do anything to stop us from us working their country.
