    Income tax to double...

    SNP plans

Increasingly I don't really care, my income is from England and my only liability from this is my house price which I can cover with ease.

Mind you the UK is not a net contributor to the UK, we are just a bit worse than the average.

I have met Sturgeon on numerous occasions, in fact the whole family know her quite well and she has been round my folk's house for dinner on occasion, as a person she is likeable so I am not one to slag her off without reason.

    She can't debate.

I have to agree on the point that I have no problem with people reading facts rather than showing they remember everything - being in touch with your responsibilities doesn't mean having a photographic memory.

I watched FMQs on Wednesday, Sturgeon was embarrassingly bad, she has this massive folder and reads direct from it, looks up at the end of every sentence. If you are bored check it out in iplayer.

I think that is aimed at the Labour MPs who have voted to support whatever the whip tells them to in Westminster, including Tam Dalyell who raised the question named after his constituancy as he was MP for West Lothian at the time. The SNP have never voted on English matters as a point of principle, just as they have refused to take a seat in the Lords or accept any of the trinkets Her Maj passes out.

This won't be forgotten if we get another indyref and a lot of Nos will vote Yes next time.
