Last Friday I set up a demo account with IG Trading, started trading at 11:00 am, lost 2 grand on my first Forex trade, so went into the FTSE, got back about a grand and then went off to lunch, came back and I was 10 grand down, left it for another couple of hours and went for a bike ride, came back, now 20 grand down...
Closed out the trade, filled up the demo account with 100 grand and went into the Dow Jones, left it there all evening, and by the end of the day I was even stevens.

My online broker now offers CFD trading.
Good fun just a demo account for now.
Might turn it into a real account and have a "flutter". I'm sure it loses its charm when you've been cleaned out
