Here are some practical suggestions.

Let Islam act to curb all the random killings by those claiming to be acting in its name. End the barbaric practices of strict Shariah law in Iran and elsewhere. Let women have real equality, don't just tell them what to do and call it respect. Let Islamic societies give the same freedoms to others as Muslims expect from us including allowing Christians and others to worship openly and build new places of worship. Let them supply what anyone else would call democracy with rights for all, including atheists, to participate fully in all levels of society and have equal weight given to their views in determining the direction of it. Stop the drive by so many, evidenced by the recent survey and far too many websites and interviews, for the same backward sexually repressive servitude to be imposed on Britain. Moderate the reverence for a prophet whose message to us Zimmis was convert or die.

Muslims might then be surprised how quickly this "phobia" vanishes in the minds of most British people.

I don't mean to sound derogatory -- I know a number of Muslims and in fact I have had some good Muslim friends -- just that it would be interesting to hear the inside point of view.

As stated before it looks decidedly fishy and I would love to see a proper public enquiry that pulled out all of the facts and explained all of the inaccuracies. I mean a public enquiry into how and why the largest terrorist attack in this country this decade is surely not too much to ask is it......

Yeah they managed to make a huge amounth of TATP without blowing their heads off. To transport it on a warm summer day in the back of a car from yorkshire. Them switch onto a train. Then carry it onto a underground. All without getting blown up first. A miracle in my book. I've yet to see definite evidence that TATP was used.

Maybe he did it, maybe it was a setup and he didn't do it. Maybe he's still running around alive after planting bombs on the tracks rather than running into the tube wearing a backpack full of TATP as the official storey suggests. All i'm saying is that in my opinion they haven't really proved anything yet and the fact they have not held a public enquiry despite all the dodgy going's on around the time doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.

Why hold a public enquiry..they were only muslims. Disposable people in the government's and general public's eyes.
