I found three spuds at the back of the tray, so I made chips and scrumble for the missus
I just had the scrumble.
Scrumble -
fry some cheese on a low heat
cut the bacon into small strips and add to the cheese
slice in mushrooms
sweet peppers
tomatoes
(in fact, all the 'softs')
serve with the chips and some curried beans.
Obviously this is my recipe, so you have to pay the license fee if you cook it.
I thought I might be asked, so I took a photie

Frittata. Eggs, cheese and any veggies you can find. Like an omelette, only posh.

If you had potato, corned beef hash (mashed potato with baked beans and crumbled corned beef, fried) would be a great option too. Excellent with a few pickles on the side and a tankard of ale.

All this fried stuff is overcomplicating the issue.
I'd recommend lentil soup, with lumps of bread to dip in it.
