Was listening to 5live in the afternoon. A caller came on - don't remember his name - and he basically stated that this happens all the time. Only difference this time was it was caught on video.

I support Chelsea but this latest incident is just an embarrassment.
As a club, they have always struggled to shake off this kind of image from back in the days of the shed when this kind of behaviour was rife.
There was a documentary back in 1999 where Macintyre, the undercover reporter infiltrated their hooligan base which is worth a watch if you’ve not seen it before.

Obviously more recently there was the John Terry and the Anton Ferdinand incident as well. Its difficult for the club to take the moral high ground when Terry got away with a fine and a 4 match ban.

Cant help thinking a few days in a French prison would be ideal for these chaps.

Chelsea fans for you....
Should hear them when they play Spurs and the anti-semitic abuse, Gas noises, etc.
Quite ironic because they are only where they are today, because of Roman Abramovich - who is Jewish.
Hope they are caught & lose their Capital One Cup Final tickets.
They can go to some worthy Chelsea Fans who probably wouldnt know who David Speedie is.

Chelsea are well known for their fans being the most racist, in 2011/12 they topped the league for racism:

Chelsea still struggling to shed racism from the terraces - a black fan speaks out about the club he supports - Goal.com
But then again, two words, John Terry
