Yeh. Still got some walkie talkies. Except on very rare day out with young nephews, never actually use them. Big problem is only 4 channels. Nephews are talking crap to each other and a local field ranger butts in, hello where is my tractor?.

Same with radio CCTV. One of the four channels on mine has a lovely view of an adjacent factory's oil tank.

Popular in the 90s and 80s, walkie talkies provided a way of short range, audio communication - well before mainstream adoption of the mobile phone.

Walkie Talkies are still useful where there's crap reception or when you want to use them continuously without breaking the bank.
