    Absolutely but you are being too cautious. Better if we only allowed people to use the roads between 1 and 2 AM on Sunday and left the roads clear the rest of the time.

    PS Actually, why not abolish the distinction between home and work? Set up dormitories and crèches at all workplaces and ban commuting except on bank holidays.
