There is a debt o/s from 3 years ago but due to lack of contracts and general hardship I was not able to pay and still not in a position.

Hello,

Sorry if this has been covered recently but I am wondering what mortgages could be available to contractors and more specifically the 95% help to buy or just 95% mortgages? Is the maximum still up to 600k?

If someone could provide more information then that would be great
