Lovely thanks Brillo. Watching a swimming lesson, making cardboard castles for school projects and teaching my son how to ride a bike.

Not quite the weekend funtimes of a few years ago, but still nice.

I spend 2 days at sandersons hotel in London pumping a hot girl

Saturday night we wondered into soho and witnessed the'rubber bandits' comedy show at soho theater - we lasted until the 'Ivan' song came on - all of 15 minutes - drinks were cheap - no wonder, it was so tulip it made me chuckle

Sunday lunch at boisdale at canary wharf with all the nice wine included in the price

    Back at work to recover

Did parkrun #100 in Copenhagen. Sub 30 mins, so was very chuffed with that. And they had cake.

Hurt like buggery mind. Lucky to have a medical professional in the house though - otherwise I'd have had no one to piss themselves laughing. There'll be a riot in my house if I ever get hit by a bus!

Made it worse then later by falling down the last two stairs.

So hobbling around client co this am. Had probs getting my shoe on - was considering wearing my slippers but people would look at me weird.
