    Mmm, rosemary. We have a big one in the garden.

    Also, roasted garlics are just delicious. They caramelise and lose the strong garlic taste so you can eat them whole. Amazing.

    this year I did 2 hog roasts and 2 shoulders of lamb. these are the big joints.
    they take a lot of planning and prep.
    alls we need is a cake maker, a veggie man, and a venue
