2 Up TT, 11.3 miles. 30:32. We came 1st out of the "non-Aero" entries (no silly helmets, disc wheels or TT bars) over a minute clear of the next team. Could have gone faster but my team mate blew up about 4 miles from home and I had to tow him in.

Sunday I will be competing in my first competitive time trial on the bike. Fully expect to come last, but you have to start somewhere
