By coincidence, last weekend I was chatting with family about going to Colorado next year, and I mentioned that they still got plague there.

The Dog It Was That Died Part Deux
Dooooooomed, I tell ye, dooooooooomed!
A man and his dog have been diagnosed with plague in the US
A man and his dog have contracted pneumonic plague in the US state of Colorado, health officials have confirmed.
The man is believed to be recovering, but the dog has died of the disease
And if that's not enough, this time it's the Marmot wot died!
Run for the hills!
Oh.
You can't.
Better stay where you are then.
