I've subcontracted work I was paid $60/hr for at $15/hr before, but I adjusted the number of hours billed i.e only bill 1 hour for every 2 I was billed for.

Subcontracting
Hello,
I have the possibility to subcontract someone. I already have the job and it will be for 12months. I have a ltd company and the subcontractor also has one. Obviously, I will be taking a cut on the subcontractors daily rate.
My cut would be upwards of 200£/day
What do I need to consider before doing this?
