    I'm with CA.
    If you need to have something transferred on the 31st just mark it for transfer on the 30th. (or if that is a weekend the first working day before the 31st).

    it is always one working day later then what you schedule the payment for. Once you know that there's no problem.
    I'm generally happy with CA. The only thing I'm nervous about with CA is their low level of security when logging on to the internet banking

    Right there on the payment screen

    † Please note that the payment will be debited from your account and credited to the receiving account on the next business day after the 'Payment Date'.

    You will still need to have the funds for the payment in your account on the 'Payment Date'.
    Which sucks, this day and age, specially as my funds usually arrive on a Friday ....

    Anyone else having problems with Cater Allen? I set up a payment to move yesterday, it didn't, and now when I look it's stuck there saying "paying" with a pay date of yesterday

    WTF?
