What does aggregation actually solve? I'm not aware of many developers who uses more than stackoverflow and a blog or two and you aren't covering the latter.

As for my opinion this is my guide to creating best practice

Answer the question writing your solution down as the solution to the problem.

Then if no one else comments you have both fixed the problem and set up your solution as best practice...

Ironically at previous clientco we discovered that a previous contractor had done exactly that.

    Hi Guys

I've built a tool that is designed to help hiring managers.

It aggregates all the reputation points that exist out there for coders and given your job spec highlights those with reputations that match .

    It's called h ttp://tools.longshanks-consulting.com/people-finder/ - TrendyCoders

What do you think of the idea?

    Would you use it?

Hit me up if you want a demo / more info

    Cheers
