I am about to go on a rant like NLUK just did. You have made enough posts and been round long enough to know we are neither of the two....Originally posted by psychocandy View PostAre you and NLUK the same person? Or married or lovers or something?
Now go grow some.

Now that is classic NLUKOriginally posted by northernladuk View PostYou are such a moron it makes my teeth hurt. Every post you make just makes you look even more stupid. We have 100's of threads about CV's and they all scream exactly the same advice. You tailor your CV to fit the role you are applying for. If you have a skill that is not required by the role you don't put it on. It is as simple as that. Any monkey could work that out and anyone that has been around the forums as long as you have will have read it a hundred times. The ridiculous thing is you have even answer your own question in your post on the second line. Words fail me.
I really wish you would think things through or do a tiny bit of research before posting.

I find if I do it just looks like a long list and most of the pimps/clients have no idea anyway?

Huge +1 to that. I remember a great quote from Mal about contracting is about finding work and running your business, the bit in-between while in a gig is incidental. Many people in contracting seem to fail that miserably.Originally posted by Barley View PostI do wonder what people are doing in the contract market if they havnt got the wherewithal to create a CV themselves. No, we're not all A level literacy students but its not rocket science.
Only you can write a good CV, its about you! Agree that getting someone to copy check it is a good idea.
