    Urban myth #237. Yes it can; it is a legitimate business expense. What it can't do is be offset against Corporation Tax, due to an arcane piece of legislation that is still in force. The only way around that is for PCG to give its membership list to HMRC: oddly enough they don't fancy doing that.

    And since it's only 20% of £220, and the Plus package is worth around £1000 if you bought all the bits separately on the open market, most of us don't see it as too much of a hradshjip.

    Does anyone have an example of a support contract I can borrow in exchange for rep or beer tokens?

    Everything is done on a mates basis at the moment, but want to get something written up, ideally on a retainer basis with each day charged at X per day when I am on site.
