Welcome to RBS. As you may be aware, Hays RM are working in partnership with RBS to manage the provision of all Temporary Workers/ Contractors at RBS. As a result of this you will need to complete your timesheets on the Hays Workflow system on a weekly basis which will be signed off online by your RBS manager and then passed for payment.

Your payment will be processed to you by BACS directly into your bank account a week in arrears

In order to receive your payment by that Friday, you must ensure your timesheet is submitted and approved by COB on Monday after the days or weeks worked .



Excerpts from Hays RM email, manage all contractor payments. Never fails, double checked with contractor friend of mine through another agent and she is the same.

Could be wrong, but me and agent get paid separately. RBS (via Hays RM) direct into business account each week, nice text confirming it is on its way.

Are you contracting through an agency/managed service? If so, your payment frequency will depend on what the agency specifies in the contract you have with them. The fact that the client is RBS or anyone else is irrelevant
