    Yeah you can change but the agency has to agree to it because they found you so they tie you in. In reality, it's probably not going to happen.

    The best thing to do is find out how much margin the agency is taking and then try to get them to cut that and give you a pay rise.

    The point is your current agency won't want to lose your income so they'll simply drop you and get a new guy in, and your client won't want the hassle, and the other agency won't want to take on someone who jumps mid-contract.

    Unless you really are in a strong enough position to persuade all three otherwise. Which only you can judge.

    You don't. Unless you think of a reason why a binding contract doesn't apply.

    OR here's a thought. Negotiate a better rate with your exisiting agency. You're clearly worth every penny
