No, your company subcontracts the work to their company in a business to business deal rather than employing them with all the PAYE/NI/Employment rights that goes with it.

ROS / More than one director

I've been pondering....

It seems like the vast majority of us are "sole workers" in our Ltd world...

Has anyone ever exercised the ROS (succesfully) and does that mean that some of us actually have more than 1 "working" employee on the payroll?
