    No, your company subcontracts the work to their company in a business to business deal rather than employing them with all the PAYE/NI/Employment rights that goes with it.

    Has anyone ever exercised the ROS (succesfully) and does that mean that some of us actually have more than 1 "working" employee on the payroll?
