    Unfair dismissal concerns the reasonableness of the dismissal, i.e. Accused of theft - was there a proper investigation, grievance procedure, appeal process etc. Wrongful dismissal concerns the actual breach of contract, i.e. Not allowed to work notice etc.

    Whether or not you have rights depends on whether or not you could be considered an 'employee' or as Cojak asked, permie or contractor?

    How long have you been back working with them since the enforced break? And what were the details the break (unpaid leave, gardening leave etc)?
