That guide is members only, sadly, so if you aren't a member there's a swift precis on my blog (and a search button...)

Loads of times, in fact. I don't normally like replying with "use search!" but on this topic, please do.
Google isn't particularly helpful on this, however, as the first few hundred results take you to agency websites, where they spout the usual rubbish about why you 'must' opt out.
For the best (IMO) guidance, try downloading the PCG's guide to the regs, and opting in/out.

Opt in / Opt out
I'm just filling in a 'cipher form' for a role...
And there are 2 questions:
I wish to opt-out of the Regulations as per Regulation 32 (9) of The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, and agree to XXXXX's general terms & conditions.
and
I wish to opt-in to The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, and agree to XXXX’s general terms & conditions.
Can anyone elighten me as to what these are??Tags: None
