Just do it. The only company I am aware of who actively hunt down inappropriate use of logo's etc is Harley Davidson. They are very aggressive litigators.

I preferred DA's answer. If you remove if/when asked there is unlikely to be any trouble.

Probably worth getting the permission of your clients first. You never know, simply by asking they may write a recommendation you can add to your website...

using logos on my website
I'm touching up my website and thinking of adding a few logos highlighting the technology and clients I've worked with - eg java logos, a certain bank etc. etc.
I'm aware there's probably a copyright issue by doing this but are there any standard disclaimers I can use on the website footer, eg
"All product names and logos used throughout this website are trademarks of their respective owners".Tags: None
