It's unlikely this will be a position for newbies. Lowest would be someone who's learned ABAP, and already has proven experience in a commercial programming environment.
Until my contact gets back to civilisation, instead of swanning around sun-soaked islands, I won't have more detail. Probably monday.

I've got the chance to place a junior ABAP developer in central London. Haven't got full details yet, but the role would include mentoring by a senior guy off-shore.
