) i.e. Job title, company, dates, job description. It sounds obvious but people send all sorts of weird CVs to try and get attention when it's the best written ones that prove to be winners. I.e. avoid using tables, columns, text boxes etc... The CV is really important, it is the only thing a hiring manager has when choosing who to interview or not, so it's essential to put a load of effort into it.
