Ermm... no doubt a stupid question why not ask the PCG. Phone the office, use the fora, phone the legal helpline. Seems pretty pointless paying for an expert service and not using it.
FWIW, the bullet points are there for a reason - to prompt you for what's potentially required. The Schedule describes the work to be done, so you'll have to modify it to suit. That might mean you delete the bits that don't apply, or add bits that do...

Direct contract wording help
This will be the first time I've worked directly for a client so like the good little noob I am, I've taken the contract from the PCG.
The wording in the schedule is particularly vague. Is it necessary to include all of the bullet points they specify? - the notes are particularly unhelpful in this one.
I'm providing analyst & developer services on a particular project, would it be ok to define the service thus?
2. Services
2.1 Software Consultancy Services for the [] project, to include:
2.1.1 Gathering & collating business requirements
2.1.2 Analysis
2.1.3 Design & Specification
2.1.4 Development of software code
2.1.5 Documentation
2.1.6 Implementation and functional system testing
2.1.7 Problem investigation and resolution
2.1.8 Support during initial deployment
2.2 Deliverables are expected to include:
2.2.1 Supporting Documentation for all work supplied to the project
2.2.2 New versions of software incorporating additional functionality
2.3 The Client is expected to provide the Consultancy with sufficient access to the Client systems to enable the Services to be performed.
2.4 The Consultancy is responsible for providing its own reference materials, administrative support, and equipment for use when Services are provided other than where use of the Client’s equipment is required for reasons of security, is particularly specialised, or where the Client’s equipment is itself the object of the Services.
2.5 The Consultancy will liaise as necessary with [name of contact].
2.6 The Consultancy shall be responsible for correcting any defective Services at its own cost, provided that such works are notified to the Consultancy by the Client one month after the Services are otherwise complete.
2.7 Any further specific details, prioritisation, and time estimates for each piece of work will be as agreed between the Consultancy and the Client from time to time. Progress reports will be provided as and when reasonably required.
