    Outside rates for M365 are starting at £650 and going up to £800.
    If you're any good that is. Cloud architect or complex migrations. Not just an admin jockey.

    We have to suck it up I'm afraid.

    I'm Outside at the moment, but the market is an 80/20 split of Inside vs Outside and people are still applying in their droves for Inside.

    The only way things would change is if contractors voted with their feet and didn't engage with Inside roles, but most contractors ARE perm eployees so see going Inside as the new normal.

    At least the new legislation got rid of all those disguised employees who closed their Ltd's and let the actual consultants/specialists get on with it.
