There is a caveat here the the MSC approach isn't just a paperwork exercise and the reality is they are just putting bods on site under the control of the client in which case it's all a sham thst won't work.
This approach wlhas long been touted as a get around and it's pretty well agreed the agent just packaging their 10 existing contractors in to one contract and everything carries on as normal won't work.Leave a comment:

It would need a whole change of policy at your client to take your Ltd on as a supplier that is offering a packaged service rather than a bum on seat. It would also mean you changing what and how you deliver.
If they client wanted thst in the first place they would have probably already picked a supplier for it. They didn't, they went for a bum on seat which is all they want.

Contract to MSC co. IR35
So engaged direct with a client, currently on an outside IR35 contract as deemed by ltd company and Qdos checks.
If my client co. panics and deems contract inside. Contract finishes end of Feb anyway.
Can the client co issue a contract and statement of work they are happy with outside IR35 as a managed service engamement post April to the same ltd company used previously. Or is it better to start another new Ltd or have a break in between new contract terms?
I cant see a reason to need another Ltd personally. It was the previous terms they were not comfortable with.
