Why would you assume that?
the clue is in the wording of the other option.
You are a business (presumably using your Ltd company) - you are one of those parties. (If it's not obvious yet I'll give you a hint - you are not the agency)
But regardless, if your contract is about to end, notice period may not actually be relevant. (You might want to let the agent/client know you are not renewing if that is on the table)Last edited by jmo21; 26 November 2019, 10:27.

Agency Notice v Consultancy Notice
Can someone explain what:
Consultancy Notice - 4 weeks
Agency Notice - 1 week
means.
My contract is due to end shortly with my current client (working through an agency) and I am looking to start with a new company before Xmas.
Does the above mean I have to give my agency 1 week notice or 4? I'm assuming the consultancy notice is for them to give me 4 weeks notice should they want to get rid of me...?
